Visual KeyScales
What Is So Special About Doing it Cairns' Style Regarding the Use of Visual KeyScales for Scale Practice?
It is just an up to three pages PDF that can be printed out, or used on a laptop, or a computer, or a tablet.
You could practice two octaves or three, four ... the choice is yours.
The reading and playing directions perfectly match the movement on the keyboard: from left to right when ascending, and from right to left when descending.
You do not have to be able to read the musical score.
The piano fingering for both hands can be grasped at once.
You do not have to remember any accidentals.
Different colours (and symbols) highlight special landmarks, offering a new sense of security while playing.
A legend explains all colours (and symbols) used, as well as giving the matching accidentals.
Depending on the scale, more than one piano fingering is possible.
It is designed for all ages and can even be used by people with poor eye-sight.
Exclusive Key-by-Key audio files (one for each hand, included in the premium bundle) with Giselle Anna Cairns' distinct voice are available.
These audio files allow you to learn the scale in your own time, simply by listening and repeating.
As you may want to purchase the accompanying audio-files—one for the left hand and one for the right hand, sold together in the premium bundle—, you certainly do not want to buy the proverbial "pig in a poke".
